hi all. i submitted an ADR (PCC)about 3-4 weeks ago and it just says “has been uploaded ” and my account has been on submitted ever since. no movement and i called one time and all the agent said was the ADR has been received. should i be worried?

Hello,
Our AoR is Sep 24, 2020 - we applied for it when we were in USA. Earlier this year in January, my wife and I moved to Canada on work permit and raised web form notifying IRCC of the same on Jan 21.

I haven't heard back from IRCC either acknowledging the web form or asking any further documentation. Should I follow up? How?

Does moving to Canada slow down our process in any way? We are nearing 5 months now since our AOR.

hello, Good Morning

I have received my GCMS notes, and
  • there is a review required in the "notes 2" section (I am looking at bottom of the 103 page file) for Stat Question (I have a US B1/B2 visa refusal)
  • Eligibility under assessments (on page 2) is "Passed" as on 02/10/2020

Can I assume there will be no ADR's regarding eligibility now?
Is there a thread / link that I can refer to decipher my GCMS notes?

AOR - 20 Sep 2020
CEC Inland
VO - Ottawa
Nothing moved since applied. Called IRCC they mention Criminality In progress, Security & Eligibility not Started.

I have a question - During my PR submission I missed to mention 2 US Visa rejections (L1 extension in 2018 & US B1 in 2020). There was no reason for me to hide this but was unfortunately missed as the case was filed by a consultant he never asked these details and uploaded. I am now worried my Background check will identify these things and will have any impact? what should I do now, a webform mentioning these details? What should I mention as reason for not submitting this detail initially?

Thanks all!

Yes, you should definitely let them know. My agent forgot to mention my Germany Visa refusal and they emailed IRCC in January. Didn't ask what they wrote.

Hello friends.
I need your help. These are the details of my application:
FSW - Inland
ITA - 02 September 2020
AOR - 19 September 2020
I am in Canada on a student visa, and my study permit, visa, Co-op visa, my husband's visa and my husband's work permit will be expired on 06/2021. Considering the long processing time, do you suggest me to start the visa renewal process or wait for the PR?
My profile has not been updated since October 2020. I have requested a GCMS note on Jan 29th, 2021 but have not received it yet.

As per IRCC website, FSW applications will be slow move and I don't think you should wait for PR. Please start renewal process, now they are working on CEC applications with full capacity. We don't know FSW application process will be normal.

Apply for Bowp for yoirself and for others just Work permit extension will do, or they can get tourist visa from within Canada. PR process is going slow. Dont wait.
