No, if the biometrics are pending, then other stages will progress, only criminality will be pending. Most likely your application has not yet been worked on. However, since your AoR is September, your initial eligibility would surely have happened.

Eligibility takes place in 2 stages, see #4,004
Hi, does the address change increase the processing time for inland applicants or not necessarily?
I'm planning to move to another location just wondering should I do that or I just wait for the approval then move and change my address ?

I believe no one cares what’s is your address so it shouldn’t impact the processing time. Just update it via webform.

September AOR , Inland FSW-PNP, BC, VO: Sydney.
Stuck with security not started since Nov, biometrics completed.
I gave up calling the agents for updates when I see my cased was assigned to CB01126.
Can you please tell me what is your background status?
Did it ever change during the process?
also, did you get any ghost updates?
just trying to see the pattern how they process PNP inland.
thank you!

Received my CBSA GCMS notes sooner than expected (ordered on Jan 29, was generated on Feb 03, and received email on Feb 20). Here's what I gathered from the notes:
  • Eligibility was passed by a Case Processing Agent on Dec 02, 2020. It has not yet been reviewed by an officer, so not yet conclusively passed. When I spoke to the call centre agents previously, they said Eligibility was passed and did not elaborate on whether it was passed by an officer when asked. I guess the only way to surely know is by ordering the notes.
  • Eligibility was passed by the agent in the Central Intake Office, Nova Scotia. Then in the next couple of weeks the application seems to have been moved to CPC Ottawa. There have been no new notes from an officer on the file from CPC Ottawa. Looks like I'm in for a long wait.
  • The latest note was about biometrics, created on the same day I submitted biometrics in Dubai (Feb 01)
  • On the positive side, the most recent activities were of type "Biometric-FCC", with value "Sent-Partner". So there seems to be some info sharing activities going on based on the biometrics I provided, possibly for criminality check. That's some progress.
Overall no surprises.

Just like others, Cri in progress and Sec not started.
No GU, nothing changed all the way.
EE PNP inland is a huge mess if the case is with cbxxxxxx, no need to find any pattern.

Well, your timing might be much better than people with CB01126 in Sydney lol

Does CB01126 refer to an officer in Sydney? If yes, how do you find the code of the officer who is responsible for your application from the GCMS notes?
You could find it on the second or third page in your GCMS notes, you could see the assigned to section. CB01126 is definitely an officer.

If you re moving within the same country, change of address no impact. Only in cases where you change your country of residence, it triggers change of VO too which may delay or reduce the processing time depending on the work loads of the VO.

I did, on Feb 12. No changes to my status.
You could find it on the second or third page in your GCMS notes, you could see the assigned to section. CB01126 is definitely an officer.
On the second page under "APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT" section, I have an "Assigned To" field, but the value is RC-9515, which from my understanding refers to CPC-Ottawa, not any specific person.
