Sorry for making you repeat. When i select the category as "Temporary Residence Permit", i get the message

You cannot extend your family member's temporary resident permit online. This application must be done by mail.

Did you select some other option?
I think i got wrong question from you : maybe the question asking out the type of application so you should say visitor record

I just noticed that the progress bar in my profile disappeared. It was there in morning.
Anyone with same thing or its just me?

Hi @legalfalcon
I am PNP EE Inland applicant, AOR SEP 8th. Today called IRCC, the agent told me my eligibility, medical and background check were passed but security & criminality are in progress. You mentioned in first page that “criminality & security screening are part of background check. Can you please clarify this?
Thank you

In your MyCIC status you do not have status for criminality and security. You only see BGC. and criminality and security are collectively referred to as BGC.

I think it depends on biometrics submission. The VACs in India are currently not accepting PR EE Biometrics and due to this many cases are delayed. On the other side, people from India are traveling abroad like Dubai to give their biometrics. Can someone from this category confirm if you received PPR?
Okay. If I go with that, there are still many who have given biometrics before March 2020. Even they haven't received PPRs!
