Hi, I am going to apply for my wife, 1 question, She is having 2 passports --> 1 current and 1 cancelled as it was expired. Do we need to attach copies of old passport which is canceled and expired?

I believe that they need the the copy of all the passports held within 5 years before the date of citizenship application

It is normal until it is not. Try giving them a buzz. My guess is that you'll hear that they are working on Sept 07 or smth and that everything is business as usual. But do call them, it won't hurt
