anyone who took the oath ceremony yesterday (Jan 13th).. Online status of Oath ceremony still shows in progress.. any view of when it will changed to completed?

whats the process to get in person appointment. I registered in the form and someone from call centre called me.. she told unless I show the tickets of travel, she can't book an appointment. For booking tickets, I need to get passport and then visa for India.. so, don't want to book tickets this...

did you guys received email for the oath? or only the online status is updated.. my online status is updated.. but haven't received oath email yet.. mine is scheduled for 5th Jan. I guess its about a week and not sure when they will be sending the oath email..

I have been following for 2 months and I'm informed that my file is in queue for oath ceremony.. wondering why is it still in queue for 2 months.. my file is in Mississauga office.. any one in the same boat.. any experiences/comments/how to handle it?
