We would like to share the landing interview experience.
We entered into the Vancouver Office whereby the door was opened by the security guard at 2.20 pm, 10 mins prior to the landing interview.
Today there were 12 people went for the landing interview.
My wife's name was called at 3:15 pm and it took about 10 mins to complete the whole interview.
The interviewer asked the sponsor(Myself) for one piece of photo ID and no other question(s) was asked.
Common questions asked for the main applicant (My wife) :
(1) will you travel out of Canada for next 2 months?
(2) Have you been charged/convicted of a crime or offence in any country?
(3) Have you been refused admission to Canada or required to leave Canada ?
(4) Are there any dependents other than those listed in the application submitted?
One PR size photograph was requested by the interviewer.
The interviewer also look into other documents such as passport / work permit before signing on the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR).
We left the office at about 3:35 pm and my wife is a Permanent Residence of Canada.
