I have looked at our background check so often I have now forgotten what it originally states! My background check states: Not Applicable
Is this what everyone else’s has stated before it changes to in progress?

According to the September Inland timelines, we have about 4 applicants still showing "Not Applicable" on their BGC statuses.

Thank you for the update @ForeverYou. Currently, March and April applicants are getting their SAs, AIPs and landing interview invitations. So with the current phase, if things don't speed up or slow down, we will be getting ours starting May and June.

Im curious though, we haven't received an AOR (is that received by email?). The only reason we know they have our application is because I (the sponsor) got an email confirming I am sponsoring my fiance.

Do they sometimes not send out AORs? Is it sent to the principal applicant?

Also, if we can't link an account to our application, how do we figure out where we are in the process? (Like knowing if an OWP is approved or not)

I believe that is the AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt?)

My mother sponsored my father and she got the same email.

We have the same situation. My application sent September 6, got MR December 21. And I’m out of status.good luck to us. Ithink 4months to get AIP after the medical. Like my
