Once we link our application will we still receive emails on updates or only receive messages through the MyCIC/eCAS?

It should be both but seems like emails are not that reliable and not everyone gets it, so might as well just check it manually

The status under medical exam has changed to " we are reviewing the results of your medical exam"
I have got no mail nothing
On my cic it just showed that upated something
What does this mean I am worried
I havnet received medical request yet...………..?

Ohhh!
I was going through different forums
And there was one guy who posted about this that even he had got the same update on his account on my cic and then 2-3 days later he got a medical request

So I don’t know what this means
But atleast there is some movement on our file’s status

Keep checking your cic account for any updates
I haven’t received any email for medical request but today when I logged in my cic and checked the status
For the medical the status changed
So it’s wierd

here is an update!

My OWP file finally created on November 19th. As there is a representative in my case that idiot took 8 days to link it. I have already told him that OWP file is linking with my old passport details.

Nevertheless , it is now linked and -"Review of eligibility" is showing as "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility. "

Not me - mine still says "You do not need a medical exam, we will send you a message if this changes".... hopefully you hear about a medical request soon!
