You don’t need to extend your visa , your OWP application gives you implied status .
My visa expires tomorrow and I will not extend as I already applied for OWP with PR application which gives me the implied status . Note that you will be implied status only if your application is not returned to you.

My application was returned to me because I forgot 2 signatures. I got them done and sent back. After that I got AOR & my number application for PR and OWP.

If my owp will not approved after my stay expired. Do I become out of status or no? How I can do

To answer your question, yes you would be out of status if your visitor visa expired and your OWP was not approved. That being said, you already got your AOR, so assuming you got those signatures on your re-done OWP taken care of -- and you paid the right amount ($255) -- you are likely fine, I believe. Perhaps someone more knowledgable can confirm this though.

I agree with Jazzercise, and I would recommend you to ask someone in the area, but here are my thoughts:
When one is applying for the PR and the visitor visa expires, is necessary to request an extension for the visitor visa (if this person didn't apply for the OWP).
Well, the OWP includes the extensions. So if they don't approve the OWP, I believe they will give an extension because of the PR process. If they didn't approve the OWP and also didn't give you an extension (eTA), I would recommend applying for the visa extension ASAP because your PR application is being processing still. But I've never heard about OWP being refused here...
I believe it will be ok if you know you are eligible :)
Has anybody seen an OPW app. refused?

I haven't seen an OWP refused after AOR. I've only seen them sent back or refused due to insufficient payment or there being an issue with the PR application itself.

Now, if Giangdo wants extra peace of mind, he can do what BR_ESL has noted, which is apply for a visitor extension. Maybe not necessary, but it's an option.
