Let’s hope so. I did submit CLB result copy that was in done in toronto but again I do not have original
You should be fine with a photocopy I think. I don't think I have come across a case where the officer even checked the language proof during the interview.

I do have photo copy but not original . In test invite email it’s mentioned to keep all original handy that was submitted at the time of application . That’s why I am little worried boz original was sent to cic at the time of immigration
They mean by original: pr card, driving license or Id, Health card, passports, copr.

During my test Edmonton office, they did not ask for the copy of the ielts results.

the only problem with us is that my husband will be going to a business trip at the end of the February. So if we get a test invite and it contradicts with his week long trip, then we need to act quick and give them a reason of why he can't attend that test date. I think delaying this process by a week is not really good for our case....
We’re on vacation in Mexico, and I’m making a separate trip back to B.C. for my interview! I didn’t even try to re-schedule the interview; it’s almost impossible to reach the call centre and you cannot call from outside the country. Your husband can use the online message function NOW to let CIC know of his work & travel obligations, and request that his test & interview be deferred until after his trip. Since you know his travel dates now, I think you have a better chance to act proactively, rather than scramble after the test invite has gone out.

oh.. i was under the impression that we cannot delay the test date unless we have the test date determined. my husband and i called the CIC and explained them about the business trip, and after waiting hours on the phone, all she told us was to wait and that there is nothing they could do now. she literally helped us with nothing, gave us no information!
anyway, my husband is applying for US visa now. just in case he gets rejected, i think I will wait until then. As soon as his visa is approved, we will fill the online form. thank you for letting me know!

The main reason why this might be believed is there's usually no point of contact with any decision makers during the process until the exam. The CSR's on the phone are not decision makers on your application in any way. So it makes perfect sense that you might be able to delay the exam (no guarantees of course since its not entirely your discretion) if you are able to talk to a decision maker in advance - I would imagine the best place to try is the local office where they do the exams (in Calgary for example it would be Harry Hays) because decision makers are actually present. I delayed my citizenship oath/ceremony after the exam. In the post-exam interview the judge told me the citizenship ceremony/oath would have occurred during my Finals week, and indeed it wound up being on a Friday that I had a Final on, and would have had to pay a hefty penalty to reschedule that far after the Finals were booked. So because I notified them in advance of being issued the oath/ceremony date, they told me they'd reschedule the ceremony after the dates I provided.

Hopefully that is helpful.

My status has changed to decision made :)

No she didn’t ask about anything except my passport and its translate ( because I have some stamps not in En or Fr )
Hello,

was the translation to stamps a must? I have like 16 stamps from Egypt all in Arabic. I included translation in my application but I did not make a copy of it. Do you think it is a must to bring to the test?
