From what someone posted after I made the same inquiry is that, the 26th is when you were able uo link your app on mycic

No, that is for status on myCIC portal. That, for my case, is 7th October.

The 26th September is from the status on ECAS, and seems to be the date when the entry was made in their system.

Yes it does. Received by courier on September 26th, and ECAS also says the 26th...

Hi there! I have a doubt I was wondering if when you (or the applicant) did your medicals, what did you attach to the application as proof? Did your panel physician send the results directly to CIC or did you have to? In our case, we attached the receipt of the medical appt. and supposedly the panel physician was supposed to send in the results but now, reading the SA approval letter I don't know if we did that correctly, though I had called CIC and they told me to send the receipt along to show it had been completed. I don't see anything on mycic about the results being received yet and that was over a month ago..

I sent two pages for my medical exam proof - the receipt, and the page with the UMI barcode/number (well, technically, four pages, because my daughter had the same pages). When I received AOR, I was able to see my medical results showing as passed in MyCIC right away.

Yikes, sounds like we missed something. Did you get the page with the UMI barcode/number from the panel physician, or was it something you downloaded from CIC website?

Hi, regarding medical result. we did included Emedical info sheet with barcode -UMI#. but until now ECAS no line yet for medical result received and mycic "not needed this time".

so not sure why other got updates even before getting A0R1.

Just got my SA. ecas updated first time today. not much there
Although mycic still shows medical "not needed at this time". i did send the receipt bar code umi with the application.

Helllooooo September hopefuls, I woke up to my SA approval email today. Congrats to everyone who has this same relief, and to everyone waiting run to the spreadsheet (see signature), it is such a great place for information.

I am going to try to link to myCIC today and ECAS in about a week (from what people's experiences have been on here). After I will report the exact steps that worked. I suggest everyone reports their exact steps and that way, people can have some kind of guide.

Thinking of everyone on this thread. Lovely to have a digital community to spend the year with.

My wife received the SA email this morning for me and my application is being sent to Australia. I was under the assumption that seeing as I was already in Canada on a work visa, my application would be sent to Ottawa so I'm not sure what to make of that.

I was also able to use the application number to check my ECAS status but it isn't as updated as my CIC status, which I've been able to access for a week or so now.

And don't worry about ECAS just yet, it doesn't get updated as regularly and it could still be weeks until you can access it from what I've read on here.

As an FYI, it's up on ecas now. The information is correctly listed.
