Is it possible to receive Oath letter in the mail before Ecas is updated with Oath info? Has this happened to anyone in this forum?

I think it is possible since I received my test invitation while ecas never updated even after taking the test.
it stayed in process till I received a finger print letter, and then DM, still waiting for Oath letter even after DM.

Yes, the ecas was updated 2 or 3 days before receiving the letter by mail.
