I already call... last working day.. but the standard answer.. that standard background check is in progress..and standard 12 month processing time.. etc etc
they didnt reveal anything new to me..
mine was IP since 25 Oct

I am here everyone just really concerned.No update from cic after finderprints.Its getting me worried really.Its been 3 months i am not sure whats going on.

Folks, I just got off the phone with IRCC call center agent. The lady was nice to me however as Imran mentioned, she did not reveal any details of my case and said it is "normal" if I receive the test invitation during the standard processing time period which is 12 months. She said that the online status is updated once a week by IRCC, if there is no update, it means your case has not moved forward. She emphasizes that it is case by case, no matter how fast your friend's case moves, yours will never be the same.

So, that is it. Enjoy the holiday season and continue to wait and hope for the best.

Hi Imran, For my wife application, i don't have any other options but to accept it became a non-routine application. I don't understand why... she met all requirements (English profency, taxes) we leave the country twice a year ...... the only thing I can think of is because the background check from your country... maybe for some countries take longer than other to pass along the background check ....

Imran, where are you at in this process ?? Are you still in process ??

Nothing after finger prints.They received them around the 17 nov.Nothibg Ft

My case is exceptional since I received my finger printing request after my test and interview. hence it took more time for DM than usual.
Still no updates on my ecas other than DM. will be looking forward to receiving Oath letter soon.

As i said vefore i am decision made right now but i was wondering about ur continuous speaking about fingerprints
They didnt requested from me and i dont see it in the regular processing
Is there anything that i a missing or it depends on something that i dont know

It's random, if you didn't receive a letter about finger printing, then no worries. as long as you are in DM it's done. nothing to worry about. just wait for Oath letter.
