September 2015 PNP CIC Applicants

CIO received my application on June 17, 2015 while AOR/UCI on December 8,2015.
I guess I am with applicants who received their AOR in December 2015.
Any one have idea if I am right?

Once we do, will the "Application Status" change?

Received AOR: Jan'16
Current application status: "In Progress"

I can see that you VOs are both London VO. Am I correct?

If yes, are you presently residing in London, UK, Europe or somewhere else?

Does your Application No. have these letters -- (EFL) in the end?

What kind/type of email did you receive from London VO?

The reason why Im asking these Qs, is because my VO is also London and my app no. shows (EFL) in the end. I dont know the meaning of EFL and I want to find out if it's a code or something? ;D

I am paper based PNP applicant and my application No. starts with EP00XXXXXX.
I guess you are Express Entry applicant, as per my understanding file treatment of both PNP categories is different.
