So is it safe to say that most all of the Sept 2014 people who have kept up with this thread and were regular or semi regular posters, have now received their IP,DM,COPR, or PR? I know there were people that put themselves on the spreadsheet and then you never heard from them again, but for all of us that kept up with this thread are we all done now pretty much?

I did not have a photo on my second copy either. I assumed it was normal?

The copy of the COPR that is yours does not have the photo. The copy that is returned to CIC after your signature does have your photo affixed; this is the photo used eventually for the PR card.

Wow that sucks as you were ahead of most people including my wife and I. The London office must have really slowed down and have lots of backlog or something? Wishing you some good news soon Andrew and for all to go well! 8)

Hi Everyone!! It's so nice to find a thread for September 2014 Outland applications. I've been going on forum after forums and even posted, but felt like my post has been overlooked? I've only gotten 2 response, although it was some good vibes, my inquiry still has not been answered..
I'm hopeful to get a little more info to settle my nerves :)
I've been skipping thru the pages to get caught up and get familiar with the thread, but I've only gotten up to pg43.

This is my original post:
Greetings! We are a same-sex (f2f) couple who applied Outland for PR under Family Class- conjugal partner. My partner is a Canadian citizen, and I'm a Filipino citizen. We've been together for over 4 years. Here is our time-line and our current dilemma. Thanks for reading!!

SEPT 2014- mailed off application to Mississauga

NOV 2014- sponsorship approved

DEC 2014- application for PR received in Manila Embassy

FEB 2015- passport request with appendix A

APRIL 2015- interview

MAY 2015- request for new NBI

MAY 2015- reassessment of medical

AUG 12, 2015- checked e-cas:
"In-process"
1. We received your application for permanent residence on September 12, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on April 28, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. We sent you correspondence on August 5, 2015 to [insert my address here], about the decision on your application. If we have sent your application to the wrong address, please contact us.

AUG 12, 2015- I emailed immigration concerning the letter since it had already been a week and kindly asked them if there was anyway to track it.

AUG 18, 2015- Response from immigration:
Please be advised that no additional documentation/information is required from you at this time. This file is currently in process. We will advise if additional information/documentation is required.

Can anyone offer some kind of insight on our application or has been on the same situation. I'm so confused as to why they would respond back with saying that our application is still in process when the e-cas info, although still says "in-process", it also clearly says that they have made a decision and have sent a correspondence letter. It has been a bit over 2 weeks now, and still no letter.

Any input or good vibes would be appreciated. Again, thank you for taking the time to read.

Has anyone received their PR card yet?

I think you may have forgot the $490 RPRF. You do not have to pay it upfront, but it's highly suggested you do as to not delay your application.

My passport was requested on Aug.11, I sent it right away. Does anyone know how long it takes to have my passport mailed back? I'm applying in China. Thanks.

Nothing here yet for us Michelle.. When we landed on June 15 the border agent said right now it's taking 67 days and then you should have your PR card.. So I guess it should show up at any time now hopefully :) As soon as it arrives we'll post about it..

Cheers!,
SuperDave and Sherry ;D

Thank you for the answer , should I send the receipt to the visa office or to Mississauga ??

My wife landed June 4th, and we're still waiting for the PR card.
