Hello all,

I submitted my application for PR Outland, on September 2nd and today I received a letter from stating the following:

"Further medical information is required before a decision can be reached. Details have been sent to your eMedical file regarding the medical information required. Please return to see the panel physician. The panel physician will arrange for the additional medical tests to be carried out."

Any thoughts people?

Thanks for following up. Called the doctor and my medical notes advised that I need another chest x-Ray - getting it taken care of on Monday

Something showed up on my x-rah and they want to take another look - they believe it's an artifact. I think that May think that I have TB so they will measure the size of both spots to see of there has been any change in size - probably just doing their due diligence.

Sucks the doctor didn't call you back for a retake before he sent the results in.

Yah I also wonder why the doctor didn't call him back before submitting it.

If the medical was filed electronically they probably noticed what needed to be redone before the application was acknowledged. Its good to know that they take care of that stuff ahead of time though because it would have been worse if they start processing your application and then notice the medical needing a new chest Xray.

I agree, had some new x-ras taken today. They will be submitted electronically later today.

I will send a follow up letter to CIC advising that I have completed the extra tests etc

I arrived home after work and there was a voicemail from x-Ray clinic - they would like me to come in again.... Getting very frustrating

Oh this really sucks. I hope they give you some answers this time.
