September 2014 - CEC Applications

hey Guys, I started my job on Sep18/2013 and applied for my CEC application on Sep23/2014.
my manager was on holidays from Sep 17/2014 for 3 month and i didn't want to wait for him that long so i took my job description and reference letter on Sep16/2014( he wrote sep16/2014 on letter head).

2) on december 2013 last week i did just 56 hour including stat holidays due to Christmas vacation in company

so does this two factors will make any negative effect on my file ?
my draft has been cashed on dec17/2014.
can we get any idea about this from GCMS notes or should I have to go for Express entry ?

please give some suggestion...I worried about this

Any who received AOR personally and not through Representative - was it email or a letter delivered to your address ?

Mostly it will be an email if your email address is valid.

Of course it can go to the SPAM folder. Just add a filter in your email so that this email address doesn't go to SPAM.

My work permit (employer specific) has been recently renewed with date of issue dec 29 2014 till may 2015
I am awaiting AOR (application reached 24 Sept, dd encashed 9th dec).

Wanted to know if I can still apply for open work permit ? and how ?

Seems like a difference of two days , i beleive there should not be any issues regarding your december last week hours , reason beig required number of hours will be met easily - coz u probably work 40 hrs a week , about the 2 days thing , idk but should be OK
