Hi,

I just now realized that i have submitted the pcc which was more than 3 months old. I have taken a new ppc now but cannot submit it before i get AOR. CIC will issue me AOR still or will they return my application.

Regards,
Amit.

Hi,
don't worry. They will not return your application. You can send your PCC after receiving your AOR.

yes PCC can be sent after you receive AOR. Also CIC will ask if they want fingerprint base RCMP if needed further. So dont worry your application will not returned. :)

I'm really sorry guys, but I increased the expected AOR to 65 days as it looks like it's increasing for those who applied in July https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1dHGJ0E4WQI3culJo08uGE-uwDD9_hXYPtDndF7Vym6I/edit#gid=0

I just hope it doesn't go over 70 days! In case the time starts to decrease for the applications in August we can change it again.

:( :( :( :( :(

I have not filled NOC code in my application form as i was unsure about it. I had doubt in NOC code 2121 and 2221 so i left it blank.

Is that an issue?.. does CEC puts you in specific NOC code after looking at your job details?

If you were employed through LMO (for employer) then NOC is mandatory field to fill in. But in case you were on Open Work Permit then I think it is ok leave it blank. But any way you sent your application already so lets wait.

thanks Bro but i have applied for new pcc thinking it may take time to come but i got it on the same day on 18-sep-2014. Now my pcc is already 16 days old and my application was received by cic 30 days back. I have to get AOR before 1 Dec so that my current PCC will be received by cic with in 3 months of its issue. Or shall i sent it now itself along with my UCI number?

Amit, don't worry and don't think until about PCC until you receive AOR for your application. Send your PCC after you receive AOR if the VO feels that PCC is old s/he may request to submit new one. My feel is that applying for PCC is much easier and better than confusing CIC. Good luck :)
