hi guys!!! not so got news from me!!!

my application was returned beacuse i havent filed schedule 8 immi 0008 economic class!!!
any way, i fell bad cause i have lost a month!!! any howi have all ready filed back application! as i could noticed they have checked all files from same day as application arrived! on few major files i saw stamp with date from CIC!

will they process my case now faster or ill be in a group with October !!!

should i stay here or go in October post :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X

Well, does it mean that checking application happens much before CC charge and AOR? Can I assume that if I file application next week and there is something wrong with it they will send it back in November. And if my application will not be returned within 4-5 weeks can I assume I will receive AOR within next 3-4 weeks?

firstly, very sorry to hear this.

so they stamp with date they received ? and you get your file back after one month?

it would some kind of slowest mail .

but when you get your email replay , also after a month ?

so the whole procedure is :

you mail it, they check at once, but wait a month, email your the error, mail the file to you .

right ?

^Someone at the door stamps the receive date, then puts it on queue. They get reviewed in the order they were sent. So basically they open/check it after ~30days or so. It's not the only application they receive right?

Just to update the spreadsheet, my application was received by CIC on October 6th.

Kind of, but I havent revived any notice from them In mail, just found application in mailbox! And yes I saw 2×2 inch square red stamp on few documents! With date, and check marks like something is correct!

I think it was just a regular mail! I haven't noticed date when it was sent back.

omg, no notice, I put my mail address as company address, if it is returned, maybe I would never know it. they don't email you that your mail returned ?
