Is it possible that my application will be returned because of this whole cap reached scenario? My application was received on 15th September and my credit card was charged on 4th December.

If ur credit card was charged i doubt they would return ur application.

common man dont say that !!!! i am gonna get cardiac arrest if thats the case. My application received on same day and DD was cashed out on 27th Nov. Still no AOR neither any reply about BOWP ( application received on 6th Nov )

some bloke mentioned that, his application was returned even after application fees was charged on a same ground cap has been reached... i hope he is lying

I sent the complete package around the 15-Sep.

Anyone has a clue regarding the timeframe to receive the medical exams appointment and ultimately get the PR?

Was your application received on 15th or you sent it on 15th September?

there are folks on the other forum topic where applications have been returned due to cap reach even after their money was taken away.
Hoping this does not effect everyone who applied in september.
Cos at the time I applied the cap was at 4850 by Sep 29th

When did cic receive ur pr application?

Winterfox, you are senior on this thread. next time, before you asking for application received date just open the sheet and check. If the person not found on the sheet then shoot the question.
