Hi Guys!

Just have a few questions, I have not submitted Police clearance with my applications cause I work to another country before coming here in Canada. I have the police clearance
with me already. Do I need to submit the police clearance now or Need to wait for the request froM CIC?

Also, my wp will expire on June 2015, when should I apply for the BOWP?

You have 2 options.
Submit the pcc by mailing it to ottawa. OR wait for them to ask and then send it.
Either way choose what u think is good for u.
If your work permit expires in June and you already received ur AOR. Apply for an extension by May and you will be good.

Lol.. its CIC and not Equifax or Transunion credit report check ahahaha
Go to "Check application status" on cic.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/status.asp
If you're in Canada then hit PR from within Canada and hit submit
then select temporary resident permit holder and hit submit
Enter ur details.. if u have ur 8 digit client id select that in the drop down menu. If u have ur PR file number select that in the dropdown menu.. choose whichever u want.
The enter all ur other details hit continue.
You will see your file status


The CIC will get a prompt saying you're trying to access your status. Then they will take your file out of the lot and stamp a red symbol saying "Do not process as client checking status without consent" etc
K im just kidding about the top sentence.

Yo psharma.
This isn't a free forum dude. Once u get ur aor u need to pay the admins 10$ as sheet maintenance fee.
Talk to the Admins and confirm.

Hi - i am an Oct applicant. I applied for my Closed WP on 24 Jan with a supporting letter mentioning my UCI, requesting for my BOWP as my AOR was expected soon.

Today i received my AOR. Can someone tell me to which email id or phone number should i intimate them stating that i have received the AOR and if there is a way that they can process my BOWP for sure ?
