As far as i know the email is CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca
but i dont know if we should be sending it to CIO NS as they have mentioned in the AOR email.

What do you'll mention in the "Have u taken a designated language test" on that IMM5710 work permit extension document?
I did give IELTS but ive submitted my test results along with PR applcation.

Does anyone know if the processing time of 13 months begins when you get AOR or when your application was received at CIO?

As far as I know, it begins when the application is received...but this processing time of 13 months was for past year and it might be a little more this year considering these delays applicants are experiencing...

Don't forget to mention:
