Sorry to hear that. I believe there are many September applicants including me are facing the same situation, My ECAS is active for a month too, still no PER email. So I assume my app is on its way back. Are you still able to see your 1st line in ECAS after receiving your returning files?

Hi, no. It disappeared around January 2.

Thanks!

Hope u would be able to make it in EE.
Thanks for sharing lesson learned that ECAS first line not always means PER follows and NER is through snail mail and not email.
Appreciate if you can share following info also ...
(1) What about refund of processing fees ? anything mentioned in the NER.?
(2) Have they returned the complete application package including all the certificate copies etc.?

Reading now it was not NER, but they just returned my package. I will try to post the page with explanations so that you can see it better.

They said that they will return the funds on my CC in 12-16 weeks.

I got everything back. I didn't have time to see it all in details as I was running to catch my plain to go on a business trip, so I will check it all this week end when I get back. but what I saw was pretty strange. all my docs have a perforation whole on them as if they were in a file. So I am not even sure will I be able to use it. I think they are destroyed. It bothers me the most because of IELTS report. I will have to ask for a duplicate.

That´s really sad helena. Sorry to read that. :/

Don´t give up. Prepare to Express Entry and wait to celebrate in Canada.

Thanks! I am rethinking my entire immigration strategy no, so I will see. I might try this time to go through my company. It will take longer but at least it will be for sure. Someone even posted that that is the better option as at least you have a secure job.

Hi guys,

Just to let you know that my app got returned today. The letter was done on 31-12-2104, so it took 2 weeks to get to me.

The reason they are stating is non matching job duties and not enough experience (1 year) in the NOC.

It is really strange and stupid in the same time as I have 11 years of experience in a multinational company, but apparently the proofs I've sent were not good enough (contracts, pay stubs...).

I think that they have a new person dealing with 1123 noc as I was charged in November when the NOC stuff should have been checked. So someone else checked it and accepted it, but a new person who was suppose to count the points decided to refuse it.

Good luck to all of you!!! I hope you will all get good news soon!!!!

Sorry to hear this Helena, with 11 years of experience you would have loads of point in EE.

Best of Luck for filing in EE

It depends, but I would say between 20 - 40 days.

Congrats, here's ur first +1 :D

2. Dial CIC (+16139444000). It costs nothing if you are done with option 1.

3. Navigate through IVR (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 1). Do i need to press 1 six times...Not able to reach operator and it is getting no where

4. IVR will ask your application id. Don't wait for it to ask for 3 times before it routes you forward, just press # and it will instantly ask for your year of birth in 'YYYY'. Put the year of your birth. ----> Does it got change /please tell me the right number

5. IVR will tell you the waiting period before your call can be answered by an agent. Or if the call traffic is too high, it will ask you to call again later.

6. As soon as you get to the agent, just ask for the UCI#. They do not have any status information for FSW applications. Agent will ask for your last name, first name and date of birth. After some seconds, you will have your UCI#, if they have started processing your app.
