Finally got the PER today!!!

NOC: 0113
Application received Date: 10th Sept
DD encashed Date: 25th Nov (when I checked with my bank last week, they said its not encashed yet. Strange :)
PER Date: 30th Dec

I am worried cause I know my UCI however my ECAS is not active, I am 17th September applicant with DD mode.
