I doubt it cud some prob with the server, coz I have given the correct info, initially I doubted it might be of browser compatibility as I have Chrome...immediately tried with IE...even failed using IE...

Tried after 8 to 9 min in Chrome...worked like a charm...

So what you would say that it ECAS gets updater after PER ?
Actually I have also UCI and I am also trying to check my ECAS but its not active. I am 17th September applicant, So my ECAS must be active as applicants of 2-15 september got PER.
But when you said it was not active even after you got PER So I thought may be sometime it gets active after PER.
its hard to understand the process of CIC-
Some people says its get active 3-5 days before PER
Some people says ECAS is active since last 15-20 days but no PER
MY last year experience it gets active even one month before NER
In your case it gets active after PER and also some people report the same

PER Date: 30th Dec

Note : As per PER email, my DD is encashed on Nov 27. But I checked with my bank today, they told me that, it is not encashed. So if anyone whose DD is not yet encashed, Dont worry .. good news is waiting for you .... Happy New year.
