Do they send by post or by email?

PER is Positive Eligibility Review. They sent it via Email and it contains your Unique Client Identifier (UCI) for further correspondences and online status check. This is the last step from CIC, Sydney, NS. The file is then transferred to local visa offices.

I am also 2133 applicant with application received date of 5th sep. CC charged on 25 Nov.
still haven't got my PER....my application was received by some MIKE-on 5th September....

am I being scammed? if application is not successful, then who the hell charged the CC?
and if application is successful then where is the PER....

Friends looking at the current trend looks like NOC 2171 is done by Aug 29.
Me being Sep 2 have completely lost hope!

A couple of SS entries from Sep 2 for NOC 2171 are a real fake and nothing but a "Mind Game" by someone irresponsible...
