I believe they´re working slowly these last days. I didn´t see many CC/DD chargeds and also not many PERs since December 22.
My NOC is 2281 and my CC got charged on December 13. I don´t think I´ll receive my PER this year. Probably between January 10-20.

I have applied for 2281 as well and my application was received on 25-09-2014 and no news so far. I sent DD along with app. I checked with my bank on 15 Dec and they said its not encashed yet. Waiting for any update as well under 2281.
