Hi guys, I received my PER just half an hour ago. It is estimated the golden email was sent out by CIC at 7:45AM, which means CIC people have started a new working day. In the a couple of days before the Chrismas holiday, hopefully, quite a lot of friends here will have their PERs arriving or their CC/DD encashed. Wish you all the best!
Sorry that I was too happy to remember to show the timeline: NOC 2263, app received on 4th Sept, CC encashed on 25 Nov, PER on 22 Dec.

I was about to call cic for the uci, but my instinct told me to refresh my email...then bam.. PER!!!
Recieved 8:20PM. DD encashed Nov 24..

Myself NOC 2171, submitted 30 Sep - I just saw the updated status of NOC's on CIC site... I'm still hoping I get through.... Since average days for PER is about 110, then average days for CC charge should be ideally 95+ days... may be i'm through...

Anyway I'm preparing for EE 2015!

Dear All

I sent DD for the fee payment and got below email from CIO;

This refers to the application for permanent residence in Canada that you recently submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Your application is currently in process; however, the payment you submitted with your application cannot be processed. Your processing fees have thus not been paid. In order to proceed with the processing of your application, we require payment of the processing fees.

Did any one else receive same sort of email ? Strange to know that DD has not been charged.

Now I want to pay through Credit Card, I do not have my own CC so will use of my friend who is living in Canada, can anyone confirm that I can use CC of other person, will it be acceptable to CIO.
