DD date is 14 August 2014, yes it is shocking for me because still it is within 6 months timeline and how come bank recalled at their own. It was issued from United Bank, Pakistan while JP Morgan bank in Toronto was other bank.

Hi, I was also shocked to hear that DD bounced back. I am also DD applicant of september 17th. Still waiting for encashment. NOC2131. Why you have written JP Morgan Bank in Toronto. Is it the bank to whom your DD was addressed?? My DD is addressed to Bank of Montreal... Please clarify...

Dear All

I sent DD for the fee payment and got below email from CIO;

This refers to the application for permanent residence in Canada that you recently submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Your application is currently in process; however, the payment you submitted with your application cannot be processed. Your processing fees have thus not been paid. In order to proceed with the processing of your application, we require payment of the processing fees.

Did any one else receive same sort of email ? Strange to know that DD has not been charged.

Now I want to pay through Credit Card, I do not have my own CC so will use of my friend who is living in Canada, can anyone confirm that I can use CC of other person, will it be acceptable to CIO.

Dear Do,

As mentioned in Pakistan Application Page of this Forum, People have addressed that there is a dispute between Canadian Banks and Pakistani Banks due to which People from Pakistan are facing this. You can read page 3580 onwards on that Topic.

What you should do is:

Send them a New Fee Payment Form [Remember Fee Payment Form is updated on November 2014, so you need to download new one].

If you have Debit Visa Card, use this as a option.

Fill the Section A and Section B of the Form as advised. Don't forget to sign the Fee Payment Form.

As mentioned to you, you can send it by courier or by E-mail.

After sending the New Fee Payment Form, do intimate CIC on email.
