When was ur DD issued and from which bank? DD hardly bounced except it's expired or recalled by d issuing bank.

Dear All

I sent DD for the fee payment and got below email from CIO;

This refers to the application for permanent residence in Canada that you recently submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Your application is currently in process; however, the payment you submitted with your application cannot be processed. Your processing fees have thus not been paid. In order to proceed with the processing of your application, we require payment of the processing fees.

Did any one else receive same sort of email ? Strange to know that DD has not been charged.

Now I want to pay through Credit Card, I do not have my own CC so will use of my friend who is living in Canada, can anyone confirm that I can use CC of other person, will it be acceptable to CIO.

DD date is 14 August 2014, yes it is shocking for me because still it is within 6 months timeline and how come bank recalled at their own. It was issued from United Bank, Pakistan while JP Morgan bank in Toronto was other bank.

Just do as requested by CIO asap. You are such a lucky applicant cos d fault is not yours. Do not waste any time.

Yes you can send pay payment through other person Credit Card/Debit Visa Card.

When you fill Fee Payment Form, You have to Fill both Section A and Section B.

In Section A, If you are using someone else CC/VC, you need to mention the name on Passport and Address of that Person.

Thank you Samuel, I have been given 60 days but I will take it as 2 days, find one friend having CC so will complete the form and send it by email ( again lucky as CIO gave option to send form by email).

Yeah rightly said, I will have to complete both Sections.
Upto some extent sigh of relief but have to wait for payment to get charge, fingers crossed.

To all September applicants:

If you have one or two of the following and still dont have PER, please consider yourself somewhat safe:

• CC Charge / DD encashed
• Able to login/access ECAS using UCI number and sees that file is "In Process"

Although there is still NER chance, it is very slim after completeness check. Be positive!

Just wait for your PER in the coming days. Good luck!
