I´m from September 29th and just called my bank to check if I received any attempt to charge my cc, but none so far. :/
So, still waiting to be charged.

Yes. The 8 digit code on the visa. Its somewhere there.

I don´t think so, since they´ll still working on the applications they have already received. December is only the deadline for submitters. But, anyway.. I don´t know, I just think so. I´m not sure. You can also be right.
