No.67 points check is after the charge of CC or DD. I've seen people who were charged but they miscalculated their own points and that resulted in an unfortunate NER (opposite to PER, with no refund of course). Cases like these are very rare though.kitchie said:
You should have called your bank like two months earlier, and found out if there were any failed tries of charge on your CC. CIC tries three times at least when they try to charge you. If failed at first, they would try another time a few days later, so that ppl could have the chance to adjust the limitation on their CC. I've seen a case like this, the third try: success. My Ielts expiry date east 14th of November, and I thought there would not be enough time to take another IELTS exam and sent the application again
This person applied for a Canadian visa in the past (success or not, any type of visa). And any application for a Canadian visa will give you an UCI. If this is your first time, you wont have a UCI until they process you.burhan1985 said:
