Dear friends, duanestorey said:I'm in the same boat - NOC 0113, Sep 3rd application date, CC charged on Nov 23rd.
Seems like they are focusing on groups of NOCs that for whatever reason don't include ours currently According to the spreadsheet we should have started receiving PER last week, but nothing yet.
Please let me know when you get yours - I am getting anxious! As we get closer and closer to Christmas I worry that CIC will slow down more and more for the holidays.
Good job and very helpful information. +1 for you boss.duanestorey said:I went through the spreadsheet information last night and made a list of the average PER time based on the date the application was received, but by NOC code. As you can see, certain NOCs are moving much faster than others:

So if you're looking for an estimated date for your PER, it's best to use this data instead of the 108 days the spreadsheet says, since that's an average of all NOCS, and some are moving faster than others.
Good job, now I feel little relax as mine NOC is 0013 and so far there was no movement in my case.duanestorey said:I went through the spreadsheet information last night and made a list of the average PER time based on the date the application was received, but by NOC code. Yes, if you go by the data I showed, then a September 11th application in NOC 0013, based on the averages so far, would receive PER around Jan 6, 2015.Rai Mazhar Farid Jami said:Good job, now I feel little relax as mine NOC is 0013 and so far there was no movement in my case.
