I'm in the same boat - NOC 0113, Sep 3rd application date, CC charged on Nov 23rd.

Seems like they are focusing on groups of NOCs that for whatever reason don't include ours currently According to the spreadsheet we should have started receiving PER last week, but nothing yet.

Please let me know when you get yours - I am getting anxious! As we get closer and closer to Christmas I worry that CIC will slow down more and more for the holidays.

I went through the spreadsheet information last night and made a list of the average PER time based on the date the application was received, but by NOC code. As you can see, certain NOCs are moving much faster than others:

So if you're looking for an estimated date for your PER, it's best to use this data instead of the 108 days the spreadsheet says, since that's an average of all NOCS, and some are moving faster than others.

Yes, if you go by the data I showed, then a September 11th application in NOC 0013, based on the averages so far, would receive PER around Jan 6, 2015.

There´s no need to be worried.
The last DD encashed for our NOC 2281 is:
DD En-cashed: 9th Sept

So, if you´re Sept 28th, you should wait a bit more.

True As per above avg 107 days of PER frm received date for 2281, it might go upto 10th jan....

Agree but problem is that DD has not been encashed yet so might be things get late 1-2 more weeks from expected schedule.

PCC is always for adults....18 years n above...so no PCC is required for your son...it will be required for you, your wife and any son/daughter more than 18...
