What can be the chances and causes of rejection after PER and will the ECAS be updated on timely basis?

The reasons of rejection can be any forged document / statement, negative background (if any) of the applicant or his / her spouse / adult child, or anything negative in medical results of the applicant or his family members...otherwise, there is no reason that the applicant may not get via..

You may receive PER any time...
Also don't worry...still June applicants are getting PER...so no need to loose hope...by the what is your NOC and visa office....

i am also 4th sep applicant. dd mode. got my PER on 18th Dec. yours might be on the way. you will get it soon

I haven't seen any 0112 receiving PER.
My CC was deducted Nov 24 however until now I haven't received my PER.
Called the call center and got my UCI. Per online services, it in process.
A little bit concerned about the timeline.
Hopefully get it by Xmas...

I have applied under 0311 also based on Hospital management experience, received Oct 03, still waiting for DD charge & PER.
Good to see a fellow 0311 applicant, doesn't seem like too many on the forums, Best of luck with getting your PER soon!!!

They are only giving PERs to Noc 4011 in October. Same as before that they have jump the charging of 4011. I think it is their priority for now and the normal PER process is still in Sep. It will start again after this 4011 cap update. Just my thought..

Every NOC has a different timeline as far as I can see.

I´m from NOC 2281, and the last PER for our NOC, as far as I know, is from August. (I´m September 29th and I´m still waiting for my PER. Perhaps I´ll receive it until January 10.)

Now another waiting period will start........our file will be transferred to the visa office. who will look into our documents and also start background checking etc...they may ask for further documents.....If we have not provided PCC with the application then we must be prepared to receive a request to provided PCC....after this we will receive request for medical request. fire transfer may take 30-50 days....if no further documents or pcc required we may get medical request witin 60 days...

I went through the spreadsheet information last night and made a list of the average PER time based on the date the application was received, but by NOC code. As you can see, certain NOCs are moving much faster than others:

So if you're looking for an estimated date for your PER, it's best to use this data instead of the 108 days the spreadsheet says, since that's an average of all NOCS, and some are moving faster than others.
