Lucky one :D :D As I see in SS, there's nobody after Sept 25 who was charged. But it's interesting, why Oct 4011 began to charge - does CIC want to close our NOC quickly, like 3012 :D? There's no change on CIC site in 4011 - 357 apps.

CANT SAY BROTHER THE WAY CIC BEHAVES.........400 ODD APPL FILLED THE CAP OF 3012 LAST DAY...........ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO PREDICT CIC. BUT MY GUT FEELING SAYS OCT SHOULD BE WITHIN CAPS.

Hope so...but we'll know it probably only by end of next week or even the week after next. The fact that it was not updated yesterday gives a small piece of hope.

I'm an Oct 1 applicant, I guess CIC is now working on most of the CC charging around Sept 23-25 applicants. Those advance charging we heard are exceptional cases.
No need to panic.
