According to main thread the 1112 was capped with July applicants. Check the respective threads plus spreadsheet (main sheet and sheet NOC cap estimates). Also the updates from CIC showed that it was capped (it was one the first categories that got capped).

I am in the same boat :( The issue is that the numbers published on CIC web-site previously (before the latest update) reflected only people who already got PER. I think that this NOC still has some capacity may be until mid or second half Oct applicants, but most likely we are out of the game...

Once received by CIC your papers are opened only in about 1 or 2 months. In case the cap is full they send the package back by snail mail which can take up to another 4 months based on comments of some applicants in main thread. The information that the cap for 1112 is full was available on CIC...

I believe that for 1111 even not all Oct applicants are in, not to mention subsequent months.

But NOC 1112 was already filled in July !?

I read of 10 Oct applicant charge somewhere on the main thread around three-four weeks ago. Not sure whether that is genuine info.

What it the purpose of the column "Cap reached" then? You can see that this column contains "Yes" only in the case of 1,000 applications and the total is derived as a sum of columns "Number of applications counted" and "Pending applications". This issue was already discussed in other threads...

According to spreadsheet on 10 December for end Aug applicant (probably dd) and on 7 Dec for Oct 8 applicant. After latest update showing 931 (all those are already charged) I personally think that many second half October and later 1111 applicants are out of the game.

Well, based on info from other threads these include the charged ones. If I understand it correct, the last charge for 1111 was for early Oct applicants, so theoretically there is some space of 70 places per web-site and timing difference between early Oct and our dates. But that's just theory.

Hopefully our applications are included in the 2nd column...

No it's just complete applications (those passed completeness check and may be even charged). By the way, has your application (22 Oct NOC 1111) been charged?

Mine is 23 October, also called today but the agent was not able to find any records. She tried both the date of birth and name but it's not yet in the system.
