Goodluck September 2013 applicants.....

I guess I am officially a September applicant. =) The husband mailed out our stuff on Friday 9/13. Our Visa office is CPP Ottawa and I had my medical done on May 8 2013.

Now what do I do? Haha.

You wait :D

Hello kazandbergen! Welcome to the thread! You've been added in the spreadsheet already.May I ask where are you bound to in Canada?

Also, did CPC-M already received your application? Good luck to you! :D

THanks! ;)

I've a quick question regarding the processing times of step 1. According to CIC website step 1 (sponsor application) takes 26 days and that they are currently working on applications received August 16th.

Is the processing time 26 days from the day that they will start working on our application or is the waiting to be processed included into these 26 days?

Hi all I belong to this group as well.

Can I be added to the spreadsheet please:

Visa Office - London
Medical Done - Sept 9, 2013
Application mailed Sept 16, 2013

If needed I can help with spreadsheet

That means it will be delivered today. It will say delivered when it has been. Did you request signature? If so, it will also give the persons name that signed for it.

What was the size of your application?

Mine at fed ex weighed 5lbs but at least a pound of that was the box I has to sent it in and the big accordion envelope I put everything in. When it was all said and done between application forms, pictures, copies of cards, our love story and text history I think it was about 350 pages

Based on the spreasheet from the last month [august 2013] this forum has going, they have roughly 25 days average for sponsorship approval since the date the apps were received at Mississauga as per tracking. So it seems like it does include the 'waiting time to be processed'.

Yes, they recieved it today. I'm planning on moving to Brantford, ON.

Just wondering.... And this may be a stupid question I have overlooked, but how do I find out our status? Will they mail us something? Do we apply via online? Or.... What?

my husband was the one who send the application. we used A4 size paper and it's around 400 pages. We actually didn't count the pages after all the sleepless nights just to finish the whole application especially on the proof of relationship documents... we send it via canada post and arung 1.5kg.
