Today received COPR

copr issue date: may 9th.
My last entry date and location is noted incorrectly. What should i do?
I had the same problem on my CoPR. I also talked to the officer at the border about the issue
and he said to not worry about that, it's only a date and is not important.
However, I called up CIC the day after I completed the landing and verified with two agents and
they told me different story.
Here's what they told me: In case I stay in Canada long enough, let's say until I retire, this date of original
entry might be used to calculate the amount you get paid, it also might affect your citizenship application
when they calculate your eligibility. They both were not certain about that, but that's enough ground for
me to get that date corrected.
But they clearly, both of them, said, that it does not affect our PR status and/or anything until we apply
for citizenship or so.
Here's how you fix that information on the CoPR. Fill out this application and mail it to CIC.
