Since I am not living close to the boarder, I called cic on this Monday to make an inland landing appointment. I just got the letter from cic local office says my landing time will be on May 28. It took about 2 weeks. Just want to share with you guys.

Yes, you will get a signature if you have chosen that option.

Hey Toby, Congrats on landing. I had a question for you and everyone who got an RCMP certificate.

Mine said:

"This certifies that a search of the national criminal records repository and fingerprint repository maintained by the RCMP concerning the applicant whose finger prints, name and DOB appear below could not be associated to any Immigration - Related file or existing criminal record which may be disclosed in accordance with the federal laws."

The statement above is normal right. What concerned me is " Immigration related file"....

So, what do you want to know? You received the RCMP fingerprint check, it's negative - no traces.
What's your question? Immigration related could be, that you were deported in the past, immigration fraud, etc.
Don't worry about all that, your PCC is negative so you're all good.

I had the same problem on my CoPR. I also talked to the officer at the border about the issue
and he said to not worry about that, it's only a date and is not important.
However, I called up CIC the day after I completed the landing and verified with two agents and
they told me different story.
Here's what they told me: In case I stay in Canada long enough, let's say until I retire, this date of original
entry might be used to calculate the amount you get paid, it also might affect your citizenship application
when they calculate your eligibility. Th
ey both were not certain about that, but that's enough ground for
me to get that date corrected.
But they clearly, both of them, said, that it does not affect our PR status and/or anything until we apply
for citizenship or so.

Here's how you fix that information on the CoPR. Fill out this application and mail it to CIC.

MR was sent on 1st April to my lawyer according to GCMS, way before than I expected but my lawyer turned out to be a traitor
Anyway , I did medicals on 12 May ( After 42 days ), and RPRF was requested with MR, and they sent Reminder on 28th April.
That I paid on 13th May.
Please update the spreadsheet Accordingly
