Hi.. although u have asked Iamroth, but I thought I will reply , as I too was in your situation, because I realized that I had wrongly filled Q6 of the same form. So, I pre-emptively sent them the fully filled form, with my signature. I sent them scanned copies as well as hard copy via UPS.

By looking at that format and making an educated guess, you have the option of either faxing it or emailing it.

And depending on what scanner you use, you have the option of resizing it without losing out on the quality of you scan. play around with your scanner.
is it hp?

Sorry to hear about her visa rejection. Ask her to apply again she must have replied some thing wrong during VISA interview or in her application. She has to apply from there and it will be best if you review her application. Reason for visiting is simple and straight going to accompany husband. I dont understand why she need NOC from her employer ( was she working in canada before or prearrange employment)

she had not resigned from her present job in India, had she resigned a NOC wasnt required for this visa..i am not sure if i shoukd apply for her visiter visa again or do a open WP instead...any tips

Can I mail passport after medical has been received and before passport request?
