Same to me, I did my medicals on 3rd april and my ecas still says application received and no request for RPRF yet, now it gets even more worrying. My doctor says they only uploaded my results yesterday so hopefully after the Easter break there is some progress.TanyaM said:Hi guys,
It's been almost 2 weeks since me and my husband passed medical exams (e-medicals) and the results has not yet been submitted to CIC!
Every day is now just seems to be longer and longer
Same to mine Toby still says application received. My dependants are from visa exempt country but Im not so expecting a request for my pport and the kids to receive their COPR by mail, not sure what order cic will do this.iam_toby said:No change so far. My ECAS still says "Application Received". I'm from a visa exempt country, so I don't
get the PPR, they will mail the CoPR directly.
Thanks Aura, neither of them was requested, but I submitted with my expired-now medical receipt. and I have been living in Canada for over 13 years, so not sure whether I need to submit the policy report.auracreates said:How further were you into the process? Was your medical or RPRF requested?
Sorry to hear about her visa rejection. Ask her to apply again she must have replied some thing wrong during VISA interview or in her application. She has to apply from there and it will be best if you review her application. Reason for visiting is simple and straight going to accompany husband. I dont understand why she need NOC from her employer ( was she working in canada before or prearrange employment)Lovey84 said:Hello everyone,
I am a sept 2013 CEC applicant with Medicals and RRPF done. I recently got married in India and submitted a visiter visa (TRV outside canada) application for my wife just so she could be with me in Canada. I wanted to apply for her open WP and add her details to my application once she is in Canada instead from India where it takes 4 months to process as on the CIC website.
Unfortunately I came to know today that her TRV application was rejected on grounds that her purpose of visit was unclear and so was the length of stay.
Also I notified CIC of the change in family composition and also submitted scan of the marriage certificate (as told in the RRPF email from CIC). I heard if they process my wife's application number she cannt get a TRV after that???
I applied for her visa with date range until the expiry of my current bridging open work permit and submitted NOC from her employer that her first visit would be in may 2014 to visit India.
I am worried and not sure whats the best way to proceed from here due to rejection. Please advise
Is it possible if i represent her application and submit it in canada instead of india?
They ask for police clearance for every country you have lived in for 6 or 6+ months in the last 10 years. You must have indicated that in your application. Nonetheless, you can go to:darinvg said:Update: document request, FBI clearance.
Does anyone have advice on getting fingerprints in Toronto? Any idea why we need this? Thanks!

I just received my PPR few minutes back. ;D
So heart warming to see, CPC-O working so hard to finish their workloads. Hats off to them.
I will keep posting my progress here!
All the best to everyone awaiting positive emails from CPC-O. My prayers are with all of you.

Thanx Iamrothiamroth said:Question 8 is Personal History I believe.
Check if you left any gaps in your time line there. If you leave a gap in time, they will ask you to re-send it.
For example (Write recent dates first):
2013-10 to TO DATE Working in xyz company
2013-08 to 2013-10 Unemployed
2012-06 to 2013-08 Working
2010-01 to 2012-06 Studying
etc etc.
Hi.. although u have asked Iamroth, but I thought I will reply , as I too was in your situation, because I realized that I had wrongly filled Q6 of the same form. So, I pre-emptively sent them the fully filled form, with my signature. I sent them scanned copies as well as hard copy via UPS.rimplek said:Thanx Iamroth
should i send only this particular question or full form...???
they dint provide the mailing address so should i fax them or mail them..??
sorry about too many questions..just confused...
Hi .. there isnt an exact timeline for 'Medicals have been received' to be added to your application. But, yes, hopefully, they will add it soon. Nothing to worry about, you have done your part, they will do theirs.butang2013 said:Hi guys,
My ECAS changed to IN PROCESS as of April 8, 2014 but haven't received MR yet. Is this normal or MR is soon to follow?
