The sky's the limit of housing cost in Vancouver.

Hi all

I am looking to apply for TRV as I have to go to India for a visit. I am on a closed work permit. If someone could tell me what forms that I should submit I would be grateful. I am here with kid and spouse.

Hi guys, quick question for anyone who's able to answer..

I did my medical yesterday and figured the only thing they'd want from me other than my passport is to pay my RoPR fee, so I did so today...before being asked to do so.

Should I keep the receipt until I get the email asking me to do so? or can I send/email them now?

Also, if the latter, can I email it, or do I have to send it via canadapost (mail)?

Thanks in advance!

Anyone...? :(

You can Email it to CPCO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca

You can print, fill in the form, scan and then email

or

You can send an empty receipt as is.

But what ever you do make sure, you write your UCI, AOR number, Name, Date of Birth on email body.

Guys I am thinking about the recent speed of processing our files.

Remember last year, around June-July the strike started. A lot of cases suffered long wait because of that. The strike lasted about 3/4 months. When the strike ended - I am thinking CIC had Extra people working to cover up some grounds. When they felt they have covered their grounds, all those EXTRA people were re-assigned else where. And now CIC is back to it's original speed.

Also remember CEC process was supposed to take around 12-13 months. But now we have only passed our 7th month. Some of the lucky ones are going to get their Visa very soon. Those are rare cases. Most CEC applicants will take 10months+ . And it will be quicker still, cause in theory we are supposed to wait for 12-13 months.

I guess what I am trying to say is, even though some of you are waiting for MR (including me), we still have a lot of time left on our timeline. The way things were moving, we thought our processing will be over with in 8months+ . But as we can see now, CIC has gone back to it's initial speed.

I really... really... really hope you're wrong ;) But sounds plausible. We shall what the next couple of weeks look like...

Me too man.

You know what!!! I am just going to 'forget' about MR.

Wait let me check my email again.
