Applied for a PR for a country so cold,
Then I wait for a AOR so I can be free.
As comes the AOR, I took a step to be bold [bowp],
Checking my inbox for an email I want to see.

I ask to the maple tree, as the cold is leaving,
When would I get warm letter from CIC?
Haunting are the nights, endless are the morning,
I refresh my inbox for MR I want to see.

As the time has come, someone handles our case,
My heart is skipping one or two every day.
Everybody is filled with hope, to win the Canadian race,
I eagerly check my Inbox, spam and the forums not to spare.

All the best Guys. :D

That is genius!!

Now I am wondering when will feb applicants start getting their MRs. And when will be the best time to apply for GCMS notes to know what is happening in our files. Shed some thoughtful light please 8)

The problem with GCMS notes is, that by the time you get them, they're about 20+ days old. So GCMS notes are only
useful to check whether documents have been received by CIC, if you didn't get an acknowledgement email, or to check
the status of your application in case of complications.
But if all goes well, there's no need to apply for GCMS notes.

If CIC keeps up the pace, you can do the math. It takes about 2 weeks for one month to receive MR. September just started,
so that would be 2 for September, 2 for October, 2 for November, 2 for December, 2 for January and then it would be February's turn
in about 10+ weeks.

Note: I'm not Samir tho, so my predictions might be totally off!! LOL ;D ;D

Perhaps, by the beginning of the second week of June if all goes well. Do not worry I am not marking you, have some cheesy popcorns and help us the way you are doing. I would be more than happy when you get your PR done but worried at the same time that you won't be here so often to help us :( :(

Do CIC work weekends? is it possible to send MRs in the weekend? have anybody received emails from CIC during weekend?

Yes, applicants received MRs on weekend nights before.

May God showers his blessing on you. Helping a single person without any personal concern is like helping humanity for good. And the person shall rewarded by the Almighty to helping their people.

Congrats airwin_cec. I have the same dates as "airwin_cec", NOC is different. Still waiting and breathing slowly.
