It jumps right to the passport request in my case in a couple of weeks.

1 - Since you submitted those PCCs in 2012, CIC may ask for those PCCs again. Since CIC only accepts PCCs which are created within last 3 months of application submission date.Fkhan said:Help needed from Senior also input from toby would be very much appreciated
congrats to those who received MR in September and good luck for those waiting.
I submitted my application in September 2013 start, but it was returned due to missing document, then I resubmit and that reached to CIO on 15 October 2013 and received AOR on 26 Nov 2013.
I came to Canada on closed work permit in March 2012 and worked for a company for one year as a full time employee, then stayed here in Canada on EI and now returning back to home country,
I worked in a Company from 19 March 2012 to 20 March 2013, as a full time employee with working hours of 37.5 per week, with NOC A occupation, that's what exactly mentioned in my employer reference letter with further detail of responsibilities;
Now here are two questions;
1- While I was obtaining work permit in 2012, I submitted police certificates for the countries I resided for more than six months, and came here in Canada after that and since then living in Canada. Now in October 2013 when I applied for PR from inside Canada, I haven't submitted same police certificates again, as I thought the previous one submitted will be considered in PR application as I have not gone out of the country.
Am I right or do I have to submit those again??
2- During my work with the Company I went on paternity leave and annual leave, while getting paid as well because I was full time employee,
Now I am in doubt that I have achieved one year experience requirement, or I am wrong??? please give me some insight on this,
Thanks very much

2 - How many weeks of leave are you talking about?

What is you time line or AOR date?newapply said:I am also a 3rd September 2013 applicant. Waiting anxiously for my MR. Had received RCMP request on 29th Jan. Completed RCMP process on 1st Feb. Absolutely clueless whether CIC has recieved RCMP or not... When I contacted RCMP via email for my application status, they responded with a generic mail stating that processing times of 120 days still not over... Just can pray and hope to receive MR ASAP.
Congrats…What's your application status now?bhopali said:Guys,
