I got my application back :( as I forgot to sign on payment form where I have put my credit card information. Do I need to start all over for the application process OR I can send the same application back after putting my signature on the missing page ?

It is better to send the same application back in case if you see RED color verification checks from VO as mentioned by Neochan.

So, what shall I be replacing whle I am resending my application back to CIC. yes, I can see the RED checks from the VO office and even can see the UCI number on that. I just wanted to call and confirm with CIC that if I need to refill the application or same can be used. Secondly, do I need to update the it with latest documents e.g. pay stubs, travel, PCC, etc..... also, if someone know how to contact CIC outside India, please share as I only see 1-800-xxxx number which I cannot dial from India.

You will need to redo the forms.

You will also need to ensure you have up-to-date info - specifically to the new date you are putting on the application.

They are supposed to be no older than 3 months.

However, personally I would just submit them again as I think you have a good chance of it being fine. Worse case is CIC will request new ones at a later date.

Second that. I also would submit with 'old' PCC and wait for CICs request, if they request an updated PCC at all. ;D

Correct. You can use the same receipt.

So, Do I need to forward the same application back to CIC after signing on my payment form OR do I have to re-fill that for again ? I am still in dilema. Please share your experience if anyone has forwarded the same application and got successfully processed....

No, before you get AOR there's nothing you can do. After getting AOR, scan the document and email
it to CPP-O. Then hope the VO accepts the updated job letter.

Even after submitting the employment reference letter, it still depends in the VO?
Another question, if we submit the employment letter from our company, do we still need client reference letter too?

You don't need it, but if you get one it wouldn't hurt to submit it. It's only gonna make it an
easier case for the VO.

It depends. If you were employed by company A but actually really worked for company B (the client), then chances are CIC will pick this up and request the letter.

If you actively worked for company A and had deal with companies BCDEFGHIKJLMNOP as part of your job, it's unlikely a client letter will be needed.

If the first scenario applies and you can get the letter, submit it.

hi Abhi sorry to heat that.

Was there a letter attached to your application when they returned it?
What was the date on that letter, if any?

Good luck to your future submission.

Hello, I was following this forum for a long time before applying for my PR.
This sure helps anyone new to the PR process and people here are really great in helping out in time of need.

I submitted my application on Sept 9th 2013 at CPP-O and the application was received on 13th Sept 2013.
Request you to add me to the list.

Thanks

Yes, there was letter dates 9th October which says my application is complete per IRPA reg 10 and ticked and highlighted the Appedix A which refers to another paper which has reason related to forms and in my case, form IMM5620 is incomplete.

I am trying to check with CIC that if I have to resend same application after signature or new application to be submitted.
