Your wife has to apply for an open work permit, not a BOWP. It's just a different name, same application tho.

Forgive my ignorance, but why are people so keen to login to ECAS after receiving the AOR? Is it just to confirm you're in the system? I expect my AOR pretty soon and wonder if you all know something I don't!

It's important to me because for some reason I must have not put in my email address. ECAS means they've done something with my forms in the last 60+ days!

I'm still waiting for my AOR and it should arrived at some point this November. I resubmitted my CEC application in Sydney on Sept. 20th. First application was returned due to a missing form which my consultant forgot to include.

1. when ever you change address, you have to let them know.
2. Your file is entered into the system and will be processed accordingly. VO never thinks "Oh this applicant is in US, so I will be lazy with him".
