whats your time line2aanniee said:I haven't received my medical request, but the email from CIC said:
"This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted. Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose."
So it sounds like they will be in touch when medicals are needed.

first questionTO-Union said:Guys I ordered my GCMS notes in August and unfortunately my eligibility it's in review, and I guess I would hear from them on November 3rd since it's the date the criminality check will be done (I saw it on the notes - due date)
Basically the problem is that the title, NOC, salary and duties performed do not match
Basically the company I was working for, gave me the title of Sales Manager but the salary was very low and duties performed do not match their HRDSC matrix
So what I did, is that I reviewed the grid, contacted my company to point out this issue, we requalified together the position I held (I am not working there anymore)
they issue an updated reference letter with a new job title matching B level skills, in this letter they explained that it was their mistake and they were not aware of HRDSC matrix, so I sent this updated reference letter together with a very explanative cover letter to clear the issue (it's the company responsability not mine i was not aware either of HRDSC matrix) and ask the Agent to base his review on the new reference letter.
Salary, duties and job title matches now.
Do you think they will refuse?
If yes which I feel, I have a reason to appeal the decision because the duties I was performing corresponds exactly to the new job title B level skills, and it was just a mistake on defining the job title together with the NOC.
TO-Union said:I dont understand why timeline or copy of GCMS notes is important here, guys i am stressing out when I always see people asking this questions, time is of the essence, I explained my situation anyone to reply quickly? or give advices or whatever is good to know what's gonna happen next!
I applied on Sep 2012, AOR Nov 2012
Since then nothing when I check Ecas it says "we received your application on nov 2012" it has not changed till now
Now anyone to coment on my situation
I understand your pain. In my case also, first level of communication from cic came in the month of June. Aftr that feww days ago. I have hired an immigration consultant in Canada & I make sure that on time to time basis, he contacts CIC about the progress of my file as they are authorised to do so. I would rather say that "NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS" in your case. As i have seen in other forums on this website, if they wanted to reject you, they would have done so very early. So just be positive...TO-Union said:I dont understand why timeline or copy of GCMS notes is important here, guys i am stressing out when I always see people asking this questions, time is of the essence, I explained my situation anyone to reply quickly? or give advices or whatever is good to know what's gonna happen next!
