Question to Kedeisha

In the spread sheet, Is it the Date received by VO? or Date Transfered to VO?
Cause the sponsorship date and this date is same?

Clarification is appreciated.

The files for the most part are sent electronicly to the Embassy's. That's what I was told when they informed me that we had been approved. All the evidence we sent with the app was couriered back to my wife with the passport. Our app was received 2 days after approval.

Well, we did pay $1040 each for this process, and they can put multiple files together in one package to cut costs. So it is possible they use a courier service. It's even possible they have their own couriers, after all they're part of the government!

I am not gonna clarify as I told u those dates are placeholders if and when people do provide date that they believe their file was received by the VO then it will be updated if not once your sponsorship is approved it goes on to the next stage in process

Again the spreadsheet is a very small part of this process and u wanna be caught up in that is fine with me but thats not the purpose its to give u a timeline of when it was approved by CPC-M and when u get a PPR so that others in the same VO get a sense of timeline outside of those the other dates really don't matter as everything happen in its time

Why I am so much interested about the Date of VO receipt is that I want to try TRV for my wife (this will be fourth time) and I feel there may be more chances (if it all there is) if I apply TRV for her when the PR application is athand with my VO. (One forumer was given PR when she applied for TR, ofcourse cases are not comparable)

I am in a situation in which if I can go to India then it can be only before End December. After december my college starts. If we can apply TRV for her (after VO receives PR app) and it happens by mid of December then I will go and return with her fulfilling one of my sentiments that we both fly together on her first journey (does it sound weird?) she can go back at the tend of TRV and when she gets her PR she can come alone in a one way ticket.

That is why I was interested in the dates. So much for my sentiment.In my langauge there is a proverb

Seperate question for anybody in the forum
Some body quoted "The files are transfered electronically from CPC-M to VO" I had sent a big bunches of chat, skype, phone records almost more than 100 pages.

Question: Is it possible for them to send these bunches electronically?

Once u get approval u can apply for TRV bcuz remember ND ask for PP at rhe begining of the process n u don't want ur pp sent in for that n have to wait so my answer is to get ur app ready and once u get ur enail or ur letter send it in asap before they can ask for ur PP

after the sponsor, It is going to be race between me and the VO...I will send the app before they ask for PPR. (if my sponsor approves without any hicks) They keep PP for 5 months in some cases in ND.

Yep, that is sponsorship approval, congratulations. This is going to be my week too! Exciting!
