hahaha.. kedeisha, you beat me to it.

Right now.. they don’t do anything if you ask me.. >:( last week working applicants from the 4th of august and now applicants from the 8th.

Simple count = 4 days for applicants on process, against 5 working days, makes us the first approval for September is going to be around 21 November :-\ :'(

lol yea

Next week is the Quarterly update yay lets hope the outland offices and CPC-V decrease their times we can all use a decrease ;D

Their website says they were working on August 2 app when in fact they were 2 days ahead and now they are on August 8... I see it being positive

OMG..70 days what de hell...i'm dying here...

Isnt it Depresif :o ???

Well, we should be productive with our anger and disappointment.

I have already written the minister of immigration to complain and ask about an explanation about the new longer times for processing sponsorship approval. I wrote a couple weeks ago...no answer yet. I also talked to our MP.

If we all do this, maybe they will pay more attention! Who knows!

Cheers!

can you give me the info so i could write him?or is it limited to the sponsors in canada ?

just to give you guys some positive news !!

The processing date shown on the web site is 2-3 days shorter than the actual applications they are working on... It was Aug 2 last week but technically they were working on Aug 4th and 5th... so you can say that they must be working on at least Aug 10 if it shows Aug 8th on the website... :) :)

So be positive ....

Good Luck

Thanx for sharing this info. When u filled ur application n where u from?

well I am from the august group and waiting for the approval... :) :) hopefully by next week...

Count me in as an "August" baby! Sent out our application on the 19th(Friday), I'm assuming they got it the next day on a Saturday so I'm thinking Aug 22, and it's Aug 8 today so we're 2 weeks away from our first stage approval! Yipee!!

nothing to worry we are almost there...even they increase every week hope just 1 day at a time not 2-5 days.. if that so by the time of my approval i will just add 70+(3days for 3 weeks). cause i need to wait for another 3 weeks for my turn.. hope so :)

Hi everyone, kindly guide

As i have four passports with me ( 1st one renewed because i changed my address, 2nd renewed because it got damaged, 3rd renewed coz i have to include my surname with my given name and finally i have 4th one with me rite now)
I have given all the details and xerox copies with my application (spouse visa) to CIC-M.

Also, i have applied for UK in 2000 and 2008 for student visa and Working Holiday Maker resp., but my applications were refused at that time by British High Commission because the VO thought i would not come back after my visa got expired and maybe due to lack of funds.

I recently got married (my wife is PR in Canada) and submitted applicationin Sep'11

Kindly tell, would it effect my application (having 4 passports and refusals from UK Embassy?)
