I applied on 8th August 2011. I also got the file number few week before. But till date didn't get PER or NER. So I send mail to CIO few days before. Today I got message from him “Your file is still pending final review and decision by our office. You will be contacted in due course.” So what does it means. Is there PER is completed or not?

I am unable to understand CIC. Their process after recieving application is still confusing.
what is their method to include your application for process is unclear.
More mysteroius is cap updating process. Why they announce so late if they have recieved quota.
In this way, its not the money & hope but also time.
If cap has reached in August or September early what stop them to announce it?

i got my per on 24 nov still my ndvo ve not received my application how much time it will take.i want to know in background checking do they call employers for enquiry of experiance.any general physician from india if applied kindly give ur contact no or email id.

if cic is working on 29 sep.2011, noc 0631.....nd russel is from 26 sep.........then why cic told russel thet they have stopped processing nd started to send back the application??? what is cic doing..........everything is so unclear to me..........is noc 0631 cap reached or not???
